Coldwater Flats is among the premium townhomes and apartments in Evansville area. The property is kept in pristine condition. The office staff is friendly and very helpful and easy to work with. The location is perfect. You have a Walmart within walking distance and many food choices close by. In less than 10 mins you can be at a mall. The hospital is less than 5 minutes away. Convenience is one of the things that sticks out to me the most.
